Situational Judgement Tests SJTs are an extremely interesting family of psychometric tests which examine the way that you think about and approach specific situations. They aim to replicate the ambiguity that is often found within the workplace and explore how you respond to it. Situational Judgements Tests present you with scenarios that you might be expected to encounter within the workplace and they assess how you respond. These scenarios are based around specific competencies knowledge, skills or behaviours necessary for success in the workplace. A number of difference competencies will be assessed and each competency will be assessed a number of times.
