Marley & Me: Life and Love with the World's Worst Dog

What's with the ads? I'm mainly asking about sexual situations. The movie was fine, I think, but I know sometimes the books can be more or less explicit. IMO, no. They were actively trying to conceive a child and he included descriptions that I edited out when reading aloud to my kids.
